Dressing for 2015

There is perhaps no other evening when this mantra is more appropriate than NYE. I received this card for my birthday, it made me laugh out loud. Is this how my friend who gave it to me perceives me? Hopefully this is meant in a good way. Of course everybody needs to sit at home in their loosest clothes from time to time, hiding from human contact. However, if you are leaving the house, even just to get some milk, then think otherwise. Imagine bumping in to that boy you used to fancy at school or that person in class who always seemed to get their way. They may have no idea what is going on in your life, but they will know how you looked. Not that you should be parading like a bird attracting a mate, but always appear well put together and considered.

This mantra will be my wardrobe thought for 2015 and beyond. Happy New Year everyone! May you and you family possess good health and spirits.
