The longer I live in Kew Gardens, south west London, the more I appreciate this urban gem. There is a Michelin starred restaurant, luxury shopping, the city’s only theatre in the round, art house cinemas, a World Heritage Site, all set on a world famous river. As I took my run along the Thames this morning I took in stately Kew Palace and impressive Syon House. No wonder Sweaty Betty’s founder chose Kew as inspiration for her new run leggings. Kew’s floral heritage is captured in urban neon colours, apt for a part of such a bright city.
