Rio: Ignoring the Carnival and the World Cup

For the first time in my life I have to say I don’t give a monkey’s about the FIFA World Cup: I am disenchanted by the corruption, money and egos which get in the way of the genuine passion which many people fell in love with the game for. I won’t go on. Instead, I’m thinking about what do you where in a city which rarely sees temperatures under 35C all year round. Apparently the answer comes from a chain called Osklen which provides bright Summer dresses and linen shirts, then again, it seems that some chose to wear even less than this. Dress codes do not really exist, except svelte bodies that is.
