DIY Arctic Parka

When in the Arctic, why not make your own Parka? No, seriously, you can learn how.

I know it’s been sensationally sunny in London the last couple of days (finally) but it’s Winter in some parts of the world and I couldn’t resist sharing this piece from Finding True North. This blog is a fascinating eye opener into Canada’s newest, largest, and most remote territory: Nunavut. The two writers explain that the blog is “…about reconsidering your realities as you discover the people, places, and peculiarities of this frozen land. It’s about finding your true north.”

Some of the most thought provoking writing I have read recently comes from these ladies, I highly recommend learning about issues off your radar, and extreme Arctic fashion!
