Wedding Feet

It’s the usual event problem girls face: glamour or comfort? Because the two can but rarely come together. When attending all day occasions such as weddings this really is an important dilemma. No gal wants their shoes to be confused with those of the bride or groom’s grandmother but you don’t want to be crippled either.

Fortunately, at the wedding I attended last month my ankle boots were the rare exception of glamour and comfort. However, for those in the opposite situation (preferring style over comfort) the considerate bride and groom laid on flip flops and pashminas at the entrance of the marquee where the dining and dancing activities were hosted. At the end of the evening no one could excuse their dancing on account of sore feet.
